This is cell phone video of a crash in Oceanside, CA. The driver of the pickup truck, is an 83 year old man who told police he was confused and couldn't come up with a reason he ended up on the wrong side of the interstate. This accident started a four car pile-up. All victims reported minor injuries. The man was cited for driving the wrong way on the road while on a suspended license.
